Is there a free trial?

Yes — we set you up and give you time to try Nivas with your society before any billing begins. Talk to us to get started.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Is my data safe?

All data is stored securely with row-level security enforced at the database level. Each society's data is completely isolated.

Do residents need to pay anything?

No. The subscription is paid by the society admin. All residents — owners and tenants — use Nivas free of charge.

What support do I get?

All plans include WhatsApp support and free onboarding assistance. We help you migrate your flat list and get your society live.

How are bills calculated?

Bills are generated based on flat area (sq ft × rate) or a flat amount — configurable per society. The admin generates monthly bills with one click.
